SNC MS UK leverages SNC TRAX® software to command and control UAV swarms.
Sierra Nevada Corporation Mission Systems UK, LTD. (SNC MS UK) recently hosted the Future Commando Force programme and Future Capability Group for an early demonstration of the portfolio of projects being delivered by the team to the MDIS programme for the Commando Force users.
Demonstrations included an integrated sensor architecture leveraging SNC TRAX software over Tactical Link16 radios which can task and control swarms of autonomous vehicles for resupply operations using the Malloy T150 heavy lift UAS – enabled through a custom developed TAK-plugin – allowing end users to call in and track resupply requests. SNC MS UK also demonstrated its tactical vehicle integration pedigree on the MRZR D4, civilian armoured vehicles and MAA accredited roll-on roll-off tactical data centres for airborne operations.
